- Complete the Enrolment Form & Service Agreement
These documents will help get the ball rolling and initiate contact from one of our friendly Client Service Managers.
- Complete the Information & Registration Session

- Complete your Training Plan & set up your sessions (if you have purchased face to face)
At this point you will get to speak with your Trainer, work through what is best for you on unit completions and discuss when and where you will meet (if you have purchased face to face).The Training Plan is one of the most important documents you have throughout your Training with us at Shoreline L&D, it is your plan of attack! Read more about the Training Plan in our post ‘What is the Training Plan & why do I need one?’
- Start your Training
Now you have completed your sign up, registration & setting up your plan you are ready to get into the fun part! Learning! You will receive your workbooks in either Hard Copy or Online depending on what you have requested. Learn more about what is inside the workbooks by watching our video ‘Workbook Assessments’ and REMEMBER your trainer is available by phone & email to answer any questions you may have!
- Hand in your assessment/s as you complete
Your assessments will need an Assessment Submission Declaration attached to the front of your assessments; you will receive these in the front of your workbooks for hard copy or attached to your Catapult log in email for online workbooks. When you have completed your assessment & attached a signed Assessment Submission Declaration you can submit hardcopy assessments by emailing them to your trainer or posting a copy to P.O.Box 1399, North Lakes QLD 4509 (PLEASE ALWAYS KEEP A COPY OF YOUR ASSESSMENT)
- Stay in contact
It is important that you stay in contact with your trainer & the admin team at our office, if you have any troubles, questions, changes in details or circumstances please let our team know, we are here to help!
